We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Branding Intern who wants to grow in recruitment, employer branding, candidate engagement, and AI-driven HR. This internship offers hands-on experience in how companies attract, engage, and hire top talent while learning how AI can support the future of recruitment.
Responsibilities
- ▸Support end-to-end recruitment activities
- ▸Help source and screen potential candidates
- ▸Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing content
- ▸Support candidate engagement and candidate experience initiatives
- ▸Learn how to use AI tools to improve recruitment workflows
- ▸Work closely with the People & Talent Manager on real recruitment and branding projects
Requirements
- ▸Passion for recruitment, branding, business, technology, or marketing
- ▸Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ▸Creative mindset with attention to detail
- ▸Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership
- ▸Interest in AI literacy and how AI can support modern HR
